Remember your app signup name Must be the same name as your entrant name. Have a super day further and please do not hesitate to ask questions.
You can enter the following categories: Mr / Miss / Couple / LGBT & you can also enter your parents provided that you have some photos taken with them on the day of your Matric Farewell

Should you decide not to be a contestant anymore and want to have your content removed, A FEE will be applicable as follows: R150 to remove your content from all platforms. This removal fee has to be paid first before our content management team removes your content

SimplyKonnect is our official tech partner and every contestant is verified after scanning their QR code.
Also, your voters and followers can download the app, sign up and scan your QR code maximum 3 times per until the 31st May 2024. These scans count as votes in your favour.

You can see your post at any time where your votes / likes are visible to you. Also, we will present the app scans to individuals starting from 31st March 2024
The votes will be counted from the 1st June 2024 and winners will be announced 30th June 2024.
For 2023 entrants, the votes will be counted from the 1st June 2024 and winners will be announced 30th June 2024.
Winners will be notified through the app via Push Notifications and thereafter made public via all channels such as social media etc
Entry to Matric Idols SA is FREE, however since we have spent time and resources on populating your entry on our channels, the cost to remove all of your content will be R150. This has to be paid first before your removal occurs.
As soon as you have acquired likes on your post, your photos cannot be changed without losing your votes.
Every like / love on you post will count as a vote as well as every scan of your QR code. Note that your votes will ONLY be valid if the person voting has liked and followed both Matric Idols & Simply’s pages on Facebook and/or Instagram
Your contestant QR code can be scanned a maximum number of 3 times per day and a total of 100 scans per voter in total until the end of May 2024.
A voter can only like your entry once on social media BUT the same person can scan your QR code max 3 times per day, total scans per voter = 100
